The President of the Philippines, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo will be here in Cebu today, Tuesday for two main reasons:
To re-enact the signing of bill in congressional district in Lapu-lapu city, she is also scheduled to sign the law House Bill 5641 or an act converting Cebu State College of Science and Technology (CSCST) into Cebu Technological University, sunstar cebu reported.

Cebu State College of Science and Technology (CSCST) offers undregraduate and graduate studies in agricultural fields, fishery, arts and sciences, industrial fields, aeronautics and others.
The President will sign the two bills will be held at Mactan Cebu International Airport, and will be witnessed by Cebuano House Reps. Benhur Salimbangon, Pablo John Garcia, Eduardo Gullas, Nerissa Soon-Ruiz, Ramon “Red” Durano VI, Pablo Garcia, Antonio Cuenco and Raul del Mar and Anad Party-list Rep. Pastor Alcover Jr, sunstar cebu reported.
