We can now compare the old Cebu South Bus Terminal before the renovation and after the renovated Terminal of Cebu City South. I can now explain further the reason why during the all saints and All Souls day on the first week of November, passengers were stocked outside. But once you get inside, you are free and it’s safe.
First, you need to pay P5.00 for the terminal fee, then given a piece of ticket as a passage to get in. The passengers will be waiting in the air-conditioned waiting area entertained by the flat screen tv shows. It was really a rapid change since I went to South Bus Terminal.
The Terminal Buses composed of two classes: the Class A and the Class B. Class A is a non-conditioned bus and Class B is an air-conditioned bus. If you choose the Class B, you will then be given a seat number and wait until it is fully reserved. You will be then called by the customer service (just like in the airport that says..”Calling all the passengers from bus number 2222…) to get inside the bus.
Problems with the Dispatchers, conductors?
Sometimes the bus dispatchers and conductors are so annoying that kept on asking you where you’ll be heading. They will force you to ride their buses. Even if you already refuse their offers, they still chased from you until you get board. They should be eliminated from shouting and chasing of passengers.
