SM mall - the biggest mall in the Visayas and Mindanao will is expected to rise in the South Road Properties in 2012.
SM Prime Holdings, Inc. said that they will invest for P20 billion pesos for the mixed up projects which includes the convention center, hotels, residential condominiums, a school and a hospital, sunstar reported.
The Construction of the mall which has a gross area of 250,000 square meters and they said it is similar to the Mall of Asia in Pasay City, Philippines.
The construction of the hotels, condominiums, schools and hospitals will also then to follow.
This is a great opportunity for the Cebuanos because it create Cebu Jobs.
I thought this project is a lot bigger than in Pasay City coz that's what other people were saying.. I hope I could work to this mall in accounting department.
