January 8, 2010, all the fm radio stations sound system were lined up in Osmena Street to Jones avenue untill Fuente Osmena.
The event was the preparation of the upcoming Sinulog Festival in Cebu City in honor of the Patron Saint of Cebu City – Sr. Sto. Nino.
The above video was taken near in Cebu Club Ultima and Cebu flyover while this Cebu street boy grabbed the opportunity to dance in a lively music.
His two colleagues sitting in the corner laughed and scream as he made a dance move.
