SM CITY, CEBU supports Earth Hour

SM city, Cebu will support the Earth Hour today for switching off 50% of the lights in the SM City Hallways. SM will switch off lights on its facade logos, billboards, banners, and any advertising signages for one hour from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm tonight.


SM city, Cebu will put an Earth Hour exhibit. The Exhibit participants are: Department of Energy (DOE) that will show a wind turbine as one of the alternative source of energy.



The Philippine Business for Social Progress, VE Engineering, Eden Biotech/Plantex, Maharlikas for Cultural Recovery and Cebu City Vermiculture Project will also be participated.

Cebu City has been participated the Earth Hour event for switching off lights for one hour to increase the awareness of the climate change.
