Honestly, I am now worried of what will happen next to our Mother nature. I was so out of news that last sunday in the Priest's homily - he indicated that there are already two islands in Bohol sinked due to the increased level of sea water.
This is already a very alarming news to us. In fact, the priest stated that there is already a study on it and the scientists gave us 10 years to bring back what we had before.
I also read the news in sunstar cebu about the awareness of protecting more of our environment.
The Go Green Tourism Congress reminded us to take part for the betterment of our mother earth. But most of us would ask "Where would I start". This is a very common question that a concerned citizen should ask. The Go Green Tourism which was just recently held in Cebu City suggested to start "Recycling". Recycling already existed for a couple of years. In fact, we can see it in our school's trash bin where to throw our wastes. We can see it also in the mall and everywhere.
They also suggested to start recycling on paper. Our old newspapers can be used to wrapped gifts, glasses and some unwanted things in the house. We can also re use the old newspapers into new papers. Plus they suggested to put recycled items on your shopping lists.
So, to those of you who are not yet recycling, better do it now before its too late because we are the one who will benefit on this.
