The only thing that Tops has is the spectacular view of the entire Cebu City and the nearby islands and provinces. At night, you will see dazzling lights of Cebu, the sea ports, Olango islands and many others. Tops has cottages inside the curve concrete roof for your valuables and foods. The Tops' ground completes the design with their diamond-shape Bermuda grass. They also have "Bells" and is believed that once a couple ring the bell together will live together happily. How to get there?
For commuters: If you would like to take a taxi - the driver won't usually allow meters. They will charged you around P500-1000 (in Philippine peso) depending how far you get there. Habal-habal (motorcycles for hire is also available) charged around P100.00 one way.
Entrance Fee is P100.00 pesos for all tourists and guests (local and foreign).
