i have a 17 hectares property in Paculob, dumanjug.. It's up for sale @ only 50/m2 negotaible. all in, meaning the buyer will be the one to pay all the taxes, transfers, etc..

I am a proud dumanjuganon... I love tthe place and i just wish the newly elected mayor and councilors will bridge the gap of the fractions that emerged during and after election... I heard they will prosecute the other party's supporter... that's not a good sign ha! Well its only a hearsay, as a good leader and if you hope to continue a next term please be a good leader for everybody and not for your supporters alone.... I hope God will guide you...
